The ultimate fishing experience
Experience the sheer exhilaration of the catch on an 8-hour fishing tour off one of Western Australia’s most iconic fishing locations, Fremantle.
Departing from Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour, our professional fishing crew will take you to some of the best fishing spots on board our luxury 69-ft fishing vessel, Crusader.
Cast a line for some of WA’s most famous deep-sea species including Dhufish, Snapper, Samson, Shark, Baldchin Groper, Breaksea Cod and salmon (in season).
All high quality Shimano equipment and bait are provided, along with training and guidance from Rottnest Cruises’ expert crew. Fishing Tour goers get to keep what they catch, and if you’d rather not clean your fish, you can request to have it gilled and gutted on board (as long as it’s of legal size).

Wear flat, covered shoes and appropriate comfortable clothing for the weather – for example a long sleeve shirt that will protect your arms and shoulders from sunburn and a warm jacket/pants as it can get cool on the water. Sun protection is a must when outdoors for such a period of time so dont forget your hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and lip balm. If you suffer from seasickness, we recommend taking appropriate medication as this tour goes out on the open ocean.
Our coastal waters are very healthy and productive for fishing, but there is no guarantee you will catch fish. We will, of course, help you as much as possible.

Great place to visit. Rottnest ferry departs from pier B located not far from the train station. Ferry is clean and fast. When you purchase your ticket(s) you have to state a return time but note this is flexible if you wish to return earlier. Payment is accepted in cash or card.
On arrival on the island you can purchase a ticket for a hop on hop off bus which will travel around the entire island. Superb beaches dotted around the island....Just keep an eye on the time so as not to miss the last ferry back. You can hire a bike to cycle around the island helmets are provided and are compulsory.
When you disembark on the island look out for the quakkas ...very photogenic.
Well worth a visitgmk3002/03/2020
Amazing Cruise - The best ever This Wild Seafood Experience Cruise was absolutely magnificent. All the crew (and there were 5 of then for only 15 passengers!) were fantastic, especially Ed. So much delicious food and superb wine. Brilliant hospitality that made you feel very welcome as soon as you boarded. Everything was so well done. Would very highly recommend this cruise. We will be going againRoy D25/11/2019
